Bulla Arts International

Bulla Arts International (BAI) is an organization named after Baba Bulleh Shah (1680-1758) who was a philosopher, humanist and poet of Punjabi origin. He stood against the intolerance prevailing at that time and raised his voice against exploitation of public by rich and powerful people. He went from village to village in Punjab and danced to his kafis (songs) in protest against the ban on music and dance imposed by the King Aurangzeb.

BAI founded by Mr. Diljeetpal Brar is here to create a generation of future leaders who take this message of love and harmony to the people on this earth to make it a better place to live. The personality development tools we are using to achieve this goal are folk dance, theatre, photography, filming, language, journalism, public speaking and cultural awareness.

BAI completes about 1000 man hours of monthly instruction activity. Every year we touch about 2000 people through our programs before the Pandemic hit. Our ongoing social media activity is witnessed by thousands of people.
